STAGE TOKYO MODEL AGENCY (“STAGE”) uses the information you choose to share – such as contact details, profile information (including measurements), and submitted materials (photos, videos, portfolios, messages) – to review applications (including recruiting), coordinate bookings and operations, present your profile for casting/review, and respond to inquiries.
With your consent, we may share your profile and submitted materials with trusted clients and production partners solely for casting/review purposes. As a rule, we do not disclose your email address or phone number to clients.
Communication is coordinated through STAGE. We apply reasonable safeguards and retain information only as long as necessary before deleting it securely.
